Great small batch spirits

A smooth whiskey that balances the flavor of the whiskey with those developed during aging in small barrels.  

Easiest way to describe it is old Welshman's.  This Whiskey started out as our Welshman's single barrel and just stayed in the barrel longer.  If you like the smoothness of extra aging and the enhanced flavors developed in the aging process, you'll love VSOP.  

At Llewellyn's we like barley a lot!  With that in mind our first bourbon had two ingredients, corn and barely.  We loved it and so did our customers, it sold out fast.  Currently our original recipe is aging in barrels, It will be available again when it's ready for bottling.  Look for it around Thanksgiving in 2025.

Currently hitting shelfs.  After making our original recipe bourbon we decided we needed to also make a traditional American mash bill.   It's so good, look for it to always be on shelves.  

A traditional rum based on mash bills made popular in Puerto Rico.  Perfect out of the bottle or in any cocktail.  

Our dark rum derives its color from aging in small old bourbon barrels not from coloring or even molasses.  It's the same recipe as our white rum, just aged.  If you like aged rums, you'll love Welshman's. 

A traditional agave spirit.  Like in Mexico, our agave spirit is just rested a short time after production.  

Another traditional agave spirit.  Reposado means rested in Spanish and that is what we have done.  This spirit is aged in American oak barrels for several months.  Giving it smooth barrel nuances of butterscotch and oak.  

Just like our other spirits, we age our Agave Spirits in small used barrels.  And like our other spirits we bottle them when they are ready to drink and characteristic of this class of spirit.  Our Anejo is aged for around a year.
